Retain a Lawyer: 30% Contingency Fee + Disbursements

Whether your injury stems from a slip and fall, medical malpractice, or a motor vehicle accident, you will most likely need a lawyer to help you navigate the legal system.

Given the nature of such injuries the retention of a lawyer is based solely on a contingency fee. What this means is that you do not pay a single penny to your lawyer until a settlement is achieved, or you wish to have a change in representation.

If a negotiated settlement cannot be reached, and you wish  to retain someone else as legal counsel, a standard hourly rate will be applied for the work already completed, and your documents will be transferred to your new lawyer
